We know that every matter is unique because clients and their real estate transactions are unique. While we are prepared to obtain favorable results through litigation, we attempt to develop strategies to position matters for efficient and cost-effective resolution consistent with the client’s objectives, and to make use of alternative dispute resolution procedures wherever appropriate. Many of our clients have switched from their “closing attorney” to SMLG for post-tax deed and other complex transactions because some attorneys and/or title companies run into problems dealing with various issues that we deal with regularly.
