The Madison County Annual Tax Sale will begin on February 21, 2017 at the Madison County Administration Building, 157 N. Main St., in Edwardsville. Property owners have until 4:30 p.m. on February 17, 2017 to pay their delinquent real estate taxes. Taxes that are not paid in full will be auctioned off and sold. Tax buyers who want to bid at the sale must register prior to the sale.
